Managed Services or Break/Fix? Which is right for you?

We all know the break/fix model. Your computer has issues, you call us out to fix. Seems simple enough. But there is a better model out there and businesses have been doing this for years and years now.

The better model is Managed Services. Let me explain.

There are three pain points for most home and SoHo users. By the way, SoHo means Small Office/Home Office.

  1. Backups. Everyone hates them if they do them at all. Are you backing up to a local device like USB, or cloud or both?

  2. Anti-Virus. Do you know which you are using? How many do you need? Which ones are good? Do you like managing multiple payments for Anti-Viruses? Do you get support from your AV Provider? What if you get a virus? Do you know what to do? Are all devices in your home protected?

  3. System Management. Why do people hate computers? They get slow, errors, slow internet, weird messages, hard drives crash, blue screens, reboots and goodness knows what all else. PAINFUL sometimes. You don’t always know who to call and when you do, hold on to your wallet (except with us :) .

There is a better way for computer repair, and its called Managed Services

Managed Services offer you a new way to a better computer. Our services allow you to leave the most painful parts of owning a computer to us. The chart below showcases the benefits.
